Brass and Percussion Teacher

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Music majoring in Education Preparation at the Conservatorium of Music. I am offering lessons in:

- Tuba
- Trombone
- Trumpet
- Euphonium
- Orchestral Percussion

In addition to studying education I am a member of a number of different ensembles at the Conservatorium such as Brass Ensemble, Tuba Ensemble, Brass Band, Wind Orchestra. This is in addition to my choral positions at the Queensland Kodaly Choir and St Aidan's Community Choir.

I have also had a long relationship with the Queensland Youth Orchestra having engagements in the Wind Ensemble, Wind Symphony, Third and Second Youth Orchestras as well as the Queensland Youth Orchestra.

I believe that music should be both informative and fun, regardless of age. I believe that I will be able to point my students in a direction that will allow them to do whatever they please with their music, whether that be endeavoring further education or joining community ensembles.

I am also regularly called to augment and tutor at workshops and take sectionals in both local and regional contexts.
